Paige Powers had one of her best years competing in 2022. She finished second at the Atlas Games to earn her first career trip to the CrossFit Games as an individual. Powers would finish 25th in Madison that included a 6th place finish in the Echo Press event. She talks about her recent victory at Wodapalooza, the effect it had on her confidence, the lessons she learned from her experience at the CrossFit Games and what it’s like being part of the CrossFit Mayhem crew.
