Rob Kearney is one of the top strongman competitors in the world. He recently took 5th place and the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic and is currently getting ready to compete at World’s Strongest Man in May. He also happens to be a self-professed CrossFit nerd. Rob talks about what it’s like to train for strongman competitions, how CrossFit led him to his strongman career, his decision to come out as gay in 2014, and how that decision has led him to become one of the leading advocates for the LGBTQ community.
