Val Voboril is a 6-time individual Games competitor who finished on the podium twice in her career. She recently competed at the Legends Championship in San Diego where she took 1st in the 45-49 division. Val talks about balancing life as a competitor, a teacher and a mother, her favorite memories from the Games, what her competitive future might look like and the things she’s most proud of not only as an athlete, but also a teacher.
