Justin Cotler is the founder of Underdogs Athletics and is now the coach of Ricky Garard. Sean and Tommy talk to him about why he made the decision to take Ricky under his wing, what Garard needs to do to permanently earn his trust and why he thinks Ricky has what it takes to be successful moving forward. Cotler also addresses everything that happened to him and his athletes at the CrossFit Games and the chances we'll be seeing an Underdogs team try and take down Mayhem Freedom in 2022.
